The European Union is the most important political and social integration of 20th century. EU member countries have worked to develop common policies not only in field economy, but also social, cultural, educational fields. In countries, foreign language teaching one topics education. accepted Turkey as a candidate country enlargement process. With Turkey’s full membership process which started 2005, importance education increased all institutions Turkey.
